Before Dasha joined Arlington Strategy in 2018, she spent many years running social media for a variety of organizations including Moms Demand Action and Moms Run This Town. In her prior work life, she was a Certified Public Accountant and did financial reporting for SEC companies where she developed an acute attention to detail that serves our clients well. Dasha holds a degree in Economics from Washington and Lee University. In her current role, Dasha oversees email marketing, monthly metrics reporting and supports our advertising strategy.
After studying English and marketing at the College of William & Mary, Jen has spent her 20+-year-career developing and executing marketing materials and strategies for a range of client types. Her specific experience includes the creation, execution, and measurement of strategic marketing campaigns; brand advocacy and message development; and design and management of internal and external communications. Jen works with her teams to help them figure out what they want to say, what they should say, and why. She is passionate about the look-and-feel of everything that speaks for who you are: catchy and clear messaging, well-written–and well-edited–communications, visually-compelling designs, and a strong foundation of strategy for all of it. She’s also passionate about good books, the Chicago Cubs, the Outer Banks of North Carolina, and tacos. She lives with her husband, kiddos, dog, and–to her chagrin–Mango the gecko.
