Dasha Hermosilla has more than 20 years of professional and business experience. At Arlington Strategy, she’s conceptualized and managed digital advertising, email marketing, and social media campaigns designed to push website traffic, promote event registration, and increase followers. Outside work, you can find her on the ski slopes, volunteering at endless swim meets, or watching her kids play soccer.

Antra Montmarquet brings a depth of marketing knowledge to the team with extensive experience executing diverse marketing projects. Her many tasks for our team include overseeing the comprehensive marketing of a large local nonprofit and restaurant, as well as the development and execution of a social media strategy for a variety of smaller local businesses, including a law firm. In her free time, she’s an unpaid Uber driver for her kids and enjoys dressmaking.

Emily Rehr brings a passion for creating meaningful designs that make a lasting impact. Her areas of expertise include social media, print and digital design, typography, and editorial/layout design.  Her hobbies include reading, running, and yoga!
