Alair Homes is a luxury brand, but without internal marketing capacity or a strategy, the company presented itself to the market with mixed messaging: they struggled to develop a cohesive story with their content—one that conveyed a sense of the upscale products they deliver. In addition, capturing and deploying content consistently proved difficult, resulting in muddled brand language and a lacking presence on important local channels.

Impact

Coordinating between the corporate and local office, we’ve helped Alair translate global brand requirements into relevant and engaging marketing deployed locally and strategically. An emphasis on strategy has also helped properly target marketing investment and placement: After analyzing Alair’s existing advertising strategy, we suggested a reduction in spend that wasn’t producing leads and redirected investment to paid social.

One of Alair’s main goals has been to increase brand awareness in the Northern Virginia market. Our digital media strategy, deployed as part of a larger, coordinated marketing strategy, focused on promoting presence through follower-growth and website visits.

According to data released in the company’s most recent Annual Impact Report,  the Alair Arlington website is in the top 10 sites visited franchise-wide, and the Northern Virginia and DC Instagram pages are among the top 15 performing pages.
