Jennifer’s experience has spanned multiple industries and sectors, including government (legislative and regulatory, budget), nonprofit management, state-based community education coalition building, retail, service and CPG, providing knowledge and perspective across a breadth of business challenges. Jennifer holds a Master’s degree in Public Policy from the State University of New York at Albany (Rockefeller College of Public Affairs.) She is a member of Leadership Arlington (class of 2015), active in the Arlington Chamber of Commerce, and she serves as President of the Board of Directors for Bridges to Independence. Jennifer lives and works in Arlington, VA with her husband and three children (all boys!).

Jess has been part of the team since 2012, helping grow the firm through client management, project delivery, sales development and strategy. She has 15 years of experience in marketing, event planning, recruiting. Jess is incredibly creative and detailed oriented and therefore wears many hats in our firm. She is equal parts account executive, project manager, business strategist and chief social media and marketing campaign wizard. Jess is our event marketing pro who can deftly handle logistics while simultaneously orchestrating cross-marketing partnerships and witty campaign hashtag development.

Jess has worked with a number of organization types, including small businesses, nonprofit organizations and large DC law firms. She is passionate about helping entrepreneurs launch and has been key account lead for franchise marketing. Her client expertise includes retail, fashion, food and lifestyle brands. Jess earned degrees in communications and journalism from Wake Forest University.  She lives in Falls Church City with her husband and two adorable daughters. In her free time, you might find Jess running with new pup Bluebell or experimenting in the kitchen.

Cheri Moran

Cheri is a marketing “jill-of-all-trades” with a can-do attitude. With cross-industry experience ranging from grassroots marketing for a global athletic apparel retailer, coordinating workshops for mortgage bankers or promoting her private yoga sessions, Cheri specializes in offering customized marketing services tailored to each client’s unique needs.  Cheri supports market research, copywriting, social media managment and account management. When Cheri’s not in the office, you’ll most likely find her in the yoga studio teaching classes.
